Since the clinic opened, we have created and extended our team of professionals, allowing us to provide the wide range of expertise and extensive knowledge possessed by an experienced and passionate team.

Our Mission is to provide a personable, professional service in a friendly, relaxed environment. Not only are we extremely flexible and reactive to your needs and present issue, we aim to be proactive in helping you to stay injury free. By working in partnership with you to treat your existing issue, and by giving you a thorough understanding of your problem, together we can work to resolve your problem as quickly as possible and ensure you are back up and running (with an extra spring in your step).

Lindsey, Andy and the Team have established and maintained some excellent working partnerships with other Health Care Professionals, ranging from; Orthopaedic and Neuro Surgeons, Podiatrists, Occupational Therapists and Massage Therapists. These dynamic working relationships have afforded us to be able to both recommend further consultants to you for your treatment, and also for us to be continually recommended as the physio clinic to come to.

Massage

In addition to Physiotherapy Treatment, we provide Massage Therapy, which can be performed by a number of our Physiotherapy Team or by our dedicated Massage Therapist.

Muscular tension is a common result of the stress and strain we put through the muscles and tendons of our body and the surrounding soft tissues. Such tension may be acute or build up over a period of time, some of the potential contributing factors are: prolonged static postures, particularly sitting at a desk or driving for long periods / manual occupations involving labour intensive work such as repetitive lifting, bending, carrying and other sustained activities / physical and sporting activities such as walking, running, lifting weights or competitive sport / activities and lifestyles with periods of increased of anxiety, stress or fatigue.
